The service
WaitClock gives water haulers a dispatch board, electronic field tickets, a driver app, an SWD line map, and a connection to Motive or Samsara ELDs.
Pilot pricing
- Fleet: $79 per truck per month.
- Owner-operator: $2 per ticket, no monthly minimum.
- Pilot: no charge for the first 60 days for Powder River Basin fleets.
- Month-to-month. No hardware.
When billing starts after the pilot, how you are billed, what counts as a truck and as a ticket, and taxes: to be confirmed.
Your data
- Your tickets, loads, and records are your company's. You can print or export them.
- Your trucks' location data is your company's. We use it to run your account and to work out anonymous line times. We never sell it and never show it to another hauler. Owners can download the raw position points. Raw position points, tap positions and site visit times are deleted after 13 months. More on location data
- You let us use your trucks' visits at SWDs, with no names attached, to build the shared line map. That map shows only counts and minutes. It never shows your company, trucks, drivers, customers, or leases.
- If you connect an ELD, you confirm you are allowed to share that data with us, and your ELD provider's own terms still apply to you.
What the line map is, and is not
The line map shows time on site at SWDs, and time in line where drivers tap "Unloading," from trucks on WaitClock. Coverage grows as more fleets join, so it can be incomplete or out of date. It shows how many visits each reading is based on and when it last updated. It is information, not directions. It does not tell you where to send a truck, and you decide how to use it.
Standby
WaitClock records times. It does not promise that any operator will pay standby. Your contract with the operator decides that.
Using it safely
Drivers should not handle the phone while the truck is moving. Follow your company's phone rules and the law. WaitClock does not replace your hours-of-service logs or your ELD.

- We will tell you before we change prices. Notice period: to be confirmed.
Ending
Month-to-month. Notice and how to cancel: to be confirmed. Before you leave, export what you need. What happens to data after you leave: to be confirmed.
