What it measures
Time on site: time inside a fence drawn around each SWD, from when a truck on WaitClock pulls in until it leaves. That includes unloading. Where drivers tap "Unloading," we can split time in line from time unloading; that is the line time number.
How to read it
The typical time on site over the last 3 hours, how many visits that number is based on, how many trucks are on site now, and when it last updated. With fewer than 2 trucks gone in the last 3 hours, the SWD shows gray, "Not enough trucks yet," with the trucks on site now, instead of a guess; a truck on site 30 minutes or more still sets a color, because a long stay means a line.
What it is not
It does not pick an SWD or send trucks anywhere. It is information for you and your dispatcher. Coverage grows as more fleets join: the real map only shows SWDs where trucks on WaitClock have been.
Other haulers never see your trucks, drivers, customers, or leases. The real map shows other haulers' trucks only as counts and minutes, and only when trucks from at least 2 companies besides the viewer's own made visits in that window. Your trucks' location data
