Pilot open to Powder River Basin fleets

See the line before you roll.

Know the line. Bill the wait.

Dispatch, e-tickets, and an SWD line map for produced-water haulers running 10 to 50 trucks.

Time-stamped tickets

Drivers fill out the ticket on the phone. Arrival, departure, and unloading times are stamped as they happen. Operators check tickets against GPS and geofences before they approve them.1

The line, before you roll

See time on site at SWDs near you, from trucks on WaitClock, and time in line where drivers tap "Unloading." Every reading shows how many visits it is based on and when it last updated. Coverage grows as more fleets join. SWD line time is on-duty time for water haulers and burns the 14-hour clock.2

Built for lease roads

The driver app works with no signal and sends when signal comes back. No new hardware. Other haulers never see your trucks. Your trucks' location data stays yours: never sold, never shown to another hauler.

A load from the lease, down the road, into the SWD line, then unloading. Lease fence Road In line Unloading SWD fence
Time inside the SWD fence is time on site. Where the driver taps "Unloading," it splits into time in line and time unloading.

How the pilot works

  1. Fill out the pilot form.
  2. One sit-down to load your trucks, drivers, customers, and leases.
  3. Your drivers run real loads. Keep paper as a backup while they learn.
  4. After 60 days, judge it on your own tickets.

Pilot pricing: Fleet $79 per truck per month. Owner-operator $2 per ticket, no monthly minimum. No charge for the first 60 days for Powder River Basin fleets. Month-to-month. No hardware.
