Produced-water hauling · Powder River Basin pilot

See the line before you roll.

Know the line. Bill the wait.

Dispatch and electronic field tickets for produced-water haulers running 10 to 50 trucks. Plus a map of time on site at saltwater disposal wells (SWDs), built from trucks on WaitClock.

Pilot open to Powder River Basin fleets. No charge for the first 60 days.

SWD line map, WY-59 corridor from Douglas to Wright. Demo data: simulated trucks at fictional disposal sites. Schematic map. Each demo disposal site shows a level with a shape: circle under 30 minutes, triangle 30 to 60, square over 60, diamond not enough trucks yet. The same numbers are listed in text below the map. Demo Time on site from simulated trucks. Every reading shows its visit count. Refreshed 4:54 PM MDT. Refreshes every 30 seconds.

What it does

Three jobs. One system.

01

Dispatch board

Every load and every truck on one board. Assign a load and it shows up on the driver's phone. Status moves when the driver taps. If the driver forgets the arrival tap, the truck's position can mark arrival at the lease or the SWD.

02

Time-stamped e-tickets

The driver fills out the ticket on the phone: lease, tank, gauges, barrels, SWD drop slip, signature. Arrival, departure, and unloading times are stamped as they happen. Standby minutes come with the times to back them up.

03

SWD line map

See time on site at disposal wells near you, from trucks on WaitClock, plus time in line where drivers tap "Unloading." Every reading shows how many truck visits it is based on and when it last updated. Coverage grows as more fleets join. Look at the demo map (demo data).

Why the wait matters

Line time burns the 14-hour clock.

  • 1.63BWyoming produced about 1.63 billion barrels of water in 2023. The Powder River Basin produced about 369 million.1
  • 9 of 16In June 2026, 9 of Wyoming's 16 rigs were in Converse County. The Powder River Basin made 76% of Wyoming's oil in April 2026.2
  • 14 hrTime in an SWD line is on-duty time for water haulers. It burns the 14-hour clock. Water haulers do not get the well-site waiting exemption.3
  • Ticket checkOperators check tickets against GPS and geofences before they approve them.4
  • 45–90Industry sources report 45 to 90 minute waits at SWDs in some basins (PLC Construction, Dec 2025).5 That is not a Wyoming number. We do not have Wyoming line data yet. The line map is how it gets built.

Built for lease roads

No bars. No new hardware. Big buttons.

Works with no signal

The driver app saves every tap and every ticket on the phone. It sends them when the phone finds signal again.

No new hardware

Drivers use the phone they already carry. If your trucks run Motive or Samsara, WaitClock can read truck position from them too.

Big buttons, few screens

One tap per step: en route, at pickup, loaded, at disposal, unloading, done.

Your trucks stay yours

Other haulers never see your trucks, drivers, customers, or leases. The line map shows counts and minutes only. Your trucks' location data
